HFSHC was established in 1997 and is quite possibly the leading SIM game on the internet today, with nearly 200 members and endless possibilities for people of all ages.

As a club designed to educate members while they participate in enjoyable activities, HFSHC is structured to be as realistic as possible for a SIM game. We pride ourselves in the fact that the game is always evolving into something better, and hope that you will consider joining after reviewing our club policies.

Terms of Service

Hurricane Farms SIM Horse Club (HFSHC or HFSHC.COM) is created and maintained for entertainment purposes only. All contents found within HFSHC.COM and its sub-sites are completely fictional unless specifically stated otherwise, and any resemblance to actual persons, horses, events, companies or farms is purely coincidental. HFSHC.COM provides no guarantee of service, and maintains the right to refuse access to any person at any time, for any reason. All services are provided free of charge.

Intended for a general audience ages 13 and up.

Article I: Age Restrictions

(a) All participants under the age of 18, regardless of where they reside, must obtain parent permission to participate in HFSHC.COM services.

(b) All participants under the age of 13 residing in (coming soon) must have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) complete and return the COPPA form to participate in HFSHC.COM services.

Article II: Conduct Responsibility

(a) All participants are expected to act in a manner which is acceptable to young children and the general public at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, obeying language restrictions listed in Article II (b), consucting oneself in a manner that is respectful to the Officials and other members, and not disturbing the general well being of the “club” atmosphere.

(b) Language restrictions are to be strictly followed. Use of any words deemed unacceptable is forbidden and grounds for removal from the club. Restrictions apply to all areas of HFSHC.COM and all ways in which interaction with other HFSHC.COM members occurs, from the Community Center to private messages through MSN or AIM.

(c) “SPAM”, Harassment and “Chain” Mail

Email addresses, private messenger contacts and other personal information obtained for use with HFSHC.COM services may not be used to send “SPAM”, harrassment messages or “Chain” mail unless user has given explicit consent for use.

Article III: Violations of ToS Agreement

(a) Article I violation first offense is subject to a two month suspension or in case of Article I (b) suspension until appropriate paperwork is received.

(b) Article II violation is grounds for immediate removal from HFSHC.COM and its sub-sites.

Privacy Policy

While HFSHC.COM does not provide any guarantee that information submitted is secure from prying eyes, we do not sell or distribute any information gathered outside of HFSHC.COM purposes.

Every member should expect to use his/her email address to participate in various club activities organized by other members, and a valid email address must be supplied to complete the joining process.
